AN UNDERSTATED DOMINANCE (DUSTIN RHYS)
Chapter 2471
Every contestant who reached the top eight was a rare genius handpicked from thousands. Their popularity was sky-high, and just showing up was enough to create a buzz. Glenn, Fenley, and Abigail, the favorites to win, were mainly in the spotlight.
In addition to the matches, someone had secretly set up a betting pool. For many gamblers, the outcof the tournament finals would decide whether they would win big or lose everything.
The stands were nearly packed by the tDustin and Grace arrived at the venue. When the audience spotted him, many rose to their feet and applauded to show respect.
While his reputation and skill might not rival those at the top of the Legendary List, his performance had been impressive.
He had defeated two foreign contestants and brought honor to Dragonmarsh martial artists. That was enough to earn him widespread admiration.

"Faith! Dr. Rhys! Over here!" Alicia called out from the reserved section for Celestial Alliance disciples.
She stood and waved at Dustin and Grace. Her radiant smile caused the hearts of many nearby young men to race. As the fifth-ranked beauty on the Beauty Ranking, even her simplest expressions were captivating.
"Let's go." Dustin and Grace exchanged smiles and accepted the invitation. They walked over to sit beside Alicia. The seats were spacious, and there was a small table filled with fruits and snacks.
"Dr. Rhys, it's the final showdown today. How do you feel? Are you confident you can break into the top three?" Alicia asked with a smile.
"I'll give it my all and leave the rest to fate. I'll take whatever comes my way, Dustin said indifferently. 11 "Now that's the right mindset." Alicia chuckled. "Anything can happen in the ring. Until the final moment, you never know how things will unfold." "Alicia, the draw for the matches is about to start. Where's Mr. Hudson?" Grace scanned the crowd but didn't see Fenley anywhere, which struck her as odd. He had been there early for the tournament matches yesterday, so it was hard to believe he would skip out today.
"He went into seclusion last night. My father didn't let anyone near him, so I have no idea what's happening." Alicia shook her head.
Earlier that morning, she and Aurora had planned to call Fenley to join them for the ride. But her father had stopped them and warned them to keep quiet.
"Seclusion?" Grace raised an eyebrow. Isn't it a little late for that? If he misses the match, it'll be a huge blow." Such a major event wouldn't make an exception for anyone. While someone could step in to draw lots in their absence, missing the match meant immediate disqualification.
"I don't know what they're thinking." Alicia sighed. "But Fenley should make it in time. He's been preparing for this match for a long time, so I doubt he'd give up easily." Grace nodded and chose not to say anything.
"Here he comes! Fenley's here!" Aurora suddenly exclaimed. Her eyes lit up as she pointed toward a figure in the distance.
Everyone turned to see Fenley and Alloy striding confidently toward them. Fenley seemed even more vibrant. His whole demeanor had changed. If he had been sharp and bold yesterday, now he exuded calm and composure. "Fenley! Over here!" Alicia stood and waved as Fenley glanced her way. After exchanging a few words with Alloy, he made his way over.
Meanwhile, Alloy headed to the main seats facing the battle ring. As the guildmaster of the Celestial Alliance, he wasn't about to squeeze in with the younger generations. The only ones worthy of sitting alongside him were Cyrus, Penelope, and Kaden-his equals.

"Fenley, how did it go? Did your seclusion training make a difference?" Alicia asked eagerly as soon as he took his seat.
"Thanks to the Advancil Godfather gave me, I've broken through to the next level," he replied with a smile.
After a night of intense training, he had fully absorbed the effects of the Advancil. He crossed the final threshold and broke through to the ultimate grandmaster level. "Another breakthrough?" Alicia and Aurora exchanged a quick glance, and understanding dawned on them. Their faces broke into bright smiles.
"That's amazing! Congratulations on your breakthrough. Looks like the championship title in this Combat Tournament is well within our reach." Before his breakthrough, Fenley was already formidable. Now that he had advanced further, his strength must have multiplied.
"It's too early to talk about winning. But after my breakthrough, I do feel much more confident," he said with a faint smile.
Fenley had watched the top eight contestants compete yesterday and knew they were all were all tough opponents.
! He wouldn't have felt very confident about his chances in the past, but now everything had changed.
Advancing from halfway to ultimate grandmaster to genuinely achieving the title might have seemed like a small step, but his strength had grown exponentially. He could now confidently consider himself a formidable force to be reckoned with

Chapter 2472
"Just make sure you're ready. Let's show everyone what the Celestial Alliance is capable of today." Alicia was brimming with excitement.
"Exactly! If you can defeat Glenn, you'll be the unrivaled champion!" Aurora chimed in, equally enthusiastic.
Fenley's improved skills significantly boosted the Celestial Alliance's morale. They all understood that today's outcwould impact the guild's future.
Their prestige would soar to new heights if he won the championship title. But if he lost to the Sword Union or the Mystic Arts Order, it would deliver a significant blow to their reputation.
"Unrivaled champion?" Fenley murmured to himself as his eyes gleamed with determination. He had longed for that title for years, and now the opportunity was right before him.
If he could defeat Glenn today, he would be the unrivaled champion among the younger generation. The thought ignited a fire within him as he subconsciously glanced at Glenn's direction.
Glenn sensed something and turned his gaze to meet Fenley's. The tension between them was electric as each sized the other up with fierce determination.
Follow on mediaurdu.blogspot.com
After three tense seconds, they both broke the stare and pretended nothing had happened. But beneath the surface, they had ignited the flames of rivalry.
The Celestial Alliance and the Sword Union had always been rivals. With Fenley and Glenn representing the best of each guild, comparisons were unavoidable. But since they had never fought, speculation about who was stronger ran wild.
Since the latest rankings on the Legendary List were released, Glenn had consistently overshadowed Fenley. As a result, public opinion began to lean toward the idea that Glenn was the stronger of the two.
But the disciples of the Celestial Alliance weren't satisfied. Frustration burned within them, and they felt it was unjust to declare Glenn the strongest without him stepping into the ring to prove it. To them, there was no foundation for such a claim.
Hence, the Celestial Alliance placed particular emphasis on this tournament. The match between Fenley and Glenn was the showdown everyone had been waiting for.
Today, it was more than just a battle for victory. It was a fight for the honor of their respective guilds. Under these circumstances, Fenley and Glenn would go all out in the match.
As tpassed, the remaining contestants began to gather. After a night of rest, the top eight were energized and brimming with confidence.
They carried the weight of their entire guild on their shoulders and were fully prepared for the challenges that lay ahead.
As the tapproached, Oron stepped onto the battle ring. "Today is the final round of the tournament. We'll kick things off with a draw to randomly assign your matchups.
"Contestant number one will face number eight, contestant number two will take on number seven, contestant number three will go up against number six, and contestant number four will square off against number five.
"The first half will consist of four matches, with the winners advancing to the semifinals. Keep in mind that this is a friendly match. Focus on skill and respect. You're the pride of Dragonmarsh, and I don't want to see anyone get hurt in this ring." Oron paused and scanned the crowd before continuing, "Okay. Without further delay, the top eight contestants, please cup and draw your lots." Soon, the top eight contestants headed to the battle ring, one by one.
Glenn and Fenley stepped up first, and they emerged from opposite sides. They hadn't exchanged blows yet, but the tension crackling in the air signaled they were ready for a fight.
Next cAbigail, Dalen, Caleb, Emeret, Zane, and Dustin. They drew lots in the order they entered.
As before, none of the contestants revealed their numbers, which added an exciting layer of suspense. The crowd buzzed with anticipation about who would face off against whom. After the draw, the eight contestants returned to their seats.
Dustin drew number five, while his opponent was assigned number four. He scanned the crowd but found no clue, so he shrugged it off.
Before the matches kicked off, Sacred Wyrm Summit had arranged a musical performance to entertain the audience.
Follow on mediaurdu.blogspot.com
Although they weren't particularly invested, they offered their respect with applause that echoed from beginning to end.
After the performance ended, Oron returned to the ring and looked at the matchup list in his hands.
He announced, "The match is about to begin. In the first match, contestant number one Fenley M ve Hudson is going up against contestant number eight, Dalen Shade. Let's welcour contestants to the battle ring." Fenley strode toward the ring, brimming with confidence.
In contrast, Dalen shook his head and sighed. "What a stroke of bad luck. Why do I have to face this guy?"
If he were up against Emeret or Zane, he might have had a shot at winning. re But facing someone like Fenley, a top master on the Legendary List, right from the start was a real headache. "Mr. Shade! You've got this! Don't let anyone from the Celestial Alliance look down on you!" Ruby cheered as she waved her fists in encouragement.
"Mr. Shade, don't feel any pressure. Forget about winning or losing-just focus on putting on a great performance," Crystal encouraged him.
Making it to the top eight was already a significant accomplishment. After all, facing off against someone like Fenley, the Chosen One, was nothing to be ashamed of, even if Dalen lost. "Exactly! No matter the outcome, just go out there and show them what you can do!" Taking a deep breath, Dalen calmed his mind and stepped into the ring. Fenley might be strong, but that didn't mean he was unbeatable.
AN UNDERSTATED DOMINANCE (DUSTIN RHYS)
Chapter 2473
On the battle ring, Fenley and Dalen stared at each other from a distance.
Both were geniuses who stood out among thousands, but Fenley had the edge in reputation and prestige. However, Dalen had more fans, and the reason was simple-he was handsome.
As soon as he entered the ring, cheers erupted from the crowd. Most voices belonged to young women who had formed an energetic cheer squad. They encouraged and chanted his nlike fans meeting their favorite celebrity.
But it wasn't just the women that were drawn to him. Dalen's looks held a certain charm for another group as well. Sbold men, ignoring the awkward glances around them, openly declared their affection. Their behavior was bordering on wild obsession.
"Dalen! I love you more than a dog loves a good belly rub." "Dalen! I'd do anything for you." "Dalen! Do you know the difference between you and the stars? The stars are up there, but you're in my heart." The fanatical outbursts cfrom men holding banners and shouting cheesy lines. Their voices were even louder than the women's cheer squad. 1 It was quite a sight, and the surrounding spectators were unsure how to respond. While it took real courage for men to express their love for one another, it was something most people needed tto adjust to.
Follow on mediaurdu.blogspot.com
"Looks like Mr. Shade is quite the popular guy. He even got men swooning over him." "Sometimes, being good-looking can be a bit of a hassle." Crystal and Ruby shared a knowing glance and could barely hold back their laughter. Beneath their amusement lay an unexpected thrill at his striking looks. If he happened to be into men, the sisters realized it would undoubtedly turn things up a notch.
In the battle ring, Dalen was unfazed by the cheers and shouts around him. He had been through it countless times and was accustomed to it.
As the tension in the air grew thick with anticipation, Oron wasted no tand announced the start of the match. "I'm Dalen Shade from the Shadow Citadel." Dalen nodded respectfully.
"I'm Fenley Hudson from the Celestial Alliance." Fenley returned the gesture impassively.
Any contestant who made it to the top eight was no pushover. Even with complete confidence, he knew better than to underestimate his opponent. He knew that every opponent deserved his full effort. Even the slightest misstep could cost him everything in a match like this.
"It's been a while, Mr. Hudson. I've been looking forward to learning from you today," Dalen said, slowly pulling out a folded fan from his waist.
This was the weapon he had held back during his previous match with Jude. But now he wasn't going to hold back when facing Fenley.
"Make your move." Fenley stood with his hands clasped behind his back, exuding a commanding presence. "Then, I won't hold back!" Dalen shot forward like an arrow released from a bow. As he closed in, he flicked his wrist. Three poisoned needles shot from the fan, and each one targeted Fenley's vital points.
"Child's play!" Fenley didn't dodge. With a heavy stomp, the ground beneath him cracked open with a loud noise.
A powerful surge of internal energy burst forth like a raging storm. It deflected the poisonous needles before continuing toward Dalen with unstoppable force.
Dust and debris swirled in the air. The energy wave distorted the atmosphere with sheer power, tearing through everything in its path.
This was the strength Fenley displayed after breaking through to the ultimate grandmaster level. Just a single stomp could send chills down anyone's spine.
Follow on mediaurdu.blogspot.com
"Huh?" Dalen's eyes narrowed as he realized he couldn't withstand Fenley's attack. With a quick push from the ground, he launched himself into the air like a hawk taking flight. He narrowly avoided the powerful wave of internal energy that swept toward him.
Fenley sneered. "What a fool." Suddenly, a blinding light radiated from his body, and a colossal ethereal divine spirit materialized behind him. He raised his hand, and the spirit mirrored the motion as it slammed down on Dalen, who was still in the air.
The spirit's palm shadow ccrashing down with the weight of a mountain, accompanied by a thunderous roar as if it aimed to flatten Dalen.
Fenley's mastery of the Four Elements of God's Technique had reached terrifying new heights since his breakthrough. His attacks were now more devastating than ever. "Split!"
As the massive palm loomed closer and escape seemed impossible, m Dalen quickly formed a hand seal with his fingers. Instantly, his body divided into three and darted off in different directions. "Hmm?" Fenley hesitated momentarily and couldn't discern which was the real Dalen and which one to chase.
"Spectral Clone Technique? How does he know that?" "Wait! Isn't that Jude's signature move? Where did Dalen learn it?" "This guy seems to have a lot of secrets. You can't judge a book by its cover." Dalen's sudden use of the Spectral Clone Technique sent shockwaves through the crowd.
Everyone knew Jude had two signature moves-Spectral Sprint om Technique and SpectraClone Technique. These techniques were the reason he secured the tenth spot on the Legendary List. They had assumed that the Spectral Clone Technique was his exclusive move, so it was a shock to see Dalen use it.
As expected, no contestants in the top eight could be taken lightly.
AN UNDERSTATED DOMINANCE (DUSTIN RHYS)
Chapter 2474
It wasn't just the spectators that were stunned. Even Fenley, standing in the battle ring, was equally caught off guard by Dalen's sudden use of the Spectral Clone Technique.
Since when did the Shadow Citadel have such an advanced technique? Even more surprising was Dalen's skill mastery, which rivaled Jude's.
Fenley's sharp eyes struggled to distinguish the real Dalen from the clones. It was clear that Dalen's proficiency in the Spectral Clone Technique had reached a near- perfection level, which couldn't be achieved overnight.
No wonder Dalen had managed to defeat Jude. It turned out he was equally proficient in the stechnique.
Follow on mediaurdu.blogspot.com
As they said, "Understanding your opponent is key to victory." He leveraged his understanding of the technique to identify and exploit the weaknesses.
Fenley had to acknowledge that Dalen was adept at masking his true talents. Yet, even with the surprise, he wasn't intimidated. The Spectral Clone Technique might be tricky, but it was nothing he couldn't tackle. It simply meant he would need to put in sextra effort.
"That's impressive, but it won't change anything. You're still going to lose," Fenley said coldly.
"We won't know who will win until we fight!" Dalen shot back as he charged forward.
With a twist of his folding fan, a three- inch blade sprang out. He wielded it like a sword and lunged at Fenley's chest. He knew he couldn't hold back against such a formidable opponent, as any hint of weakness would lead to defeat.
"You're pushing your luck!" Fenley scoffed and stood his ground. He raised his palm and thrust it forward.
A thunderous sound echoed as the ethereal divine spirit behind him mirrored the movement. A massive palm shadow, as large as a truck, barreled toward Dalen with unstoppable force.
"Split!" Dalen quickly formed a hand seal with one hand. As he sprinted, his body split into three.
While dodging the palm shadow, each clone attacked Fenley from different angles. Their forms were indistinguishable from one another.
"Get lost!" Fenley spread his arms wide and struck with both palms to hit the two Dalen figures approaching from either side. At the stime, he launched a kick at the third one that was charging straight at him. His movements were precise and perfectly timed to intercept all three figures.
Follow on mediaurdu.blogspot.com
"Split!" Just as Fenley launched his counterattack, Dalen's body trembled and split again-each clone multiplying into three. In a heartbeat, those three becnine. Soon, the ring was filled with his clones, and telling the real one apart was impossible.
"His Spectral Clone Technique rivals Jude's." "Honestly, I think Dalen's technique is even better than Jude's. He can dodge Fenley's attacks while cloning himself." "You're right. His timing and execution are better than Jude's." Dalen's impressive performance set the crowd murmuring.
When Dalen defeated Jude in the previous match, most believed it was pure luck. Jude had underestimated Dalen from the start, losing his advantage and sustaining serious injuries.
Although Jude managed to bounce back and use his ultimate technique, he wasn't at his best. In the end, Dalen found an opening and took him down.
Jude's arrogance and Dalen's fortune created the perfect storm for an underdog victory. At least, that was how the spectators viewed it.
But now, after seeing what Dalen was capable of, their opinions changed. His win wasn't based on luck. It was based on his skill and strength that ordinary eyes couldn't perceive.
After multiplying into nine clones, Dalen pressed his attack. He darted in and out to strike at Fenley from all angles.
"Clones, huh? I can do that too!" Fenley's expression hardened as another surge of internal energy erupted within him. The ethereal divine spirit behind him shapeshifted. It grew two more heads and four additional arms, transforming into a three-headed, six-armed entity.
AN UNDERSTATED DOMINANCE (DUSTIN RHYS)
Chapter 2475
Under the crushing force of the three-headed, six-armed ethereal divine spirit, the last of Dalen's clone immediately shattered into fragments.
The crowd erupted in chaos, especially those women who had supported him. They screamed in anguish, and seven fainted. Watching such a handsman reduced to dust felt like a tragic waste.
Amid the stand uproar, Fenley remained unfazed in the battle ring. When the ethereal divine spirit struck Dalen, what had exploded wasn't a body but a ball of air.
In other words, the figure who had just shattered was merely a clone. Where was the real Dalen hiding if those nine figures were all clones? Just as Fenley frowned in confusion, a sudden sense of danger prickled at his scalp. He instinctively looked up and saw Dalen diving toward him headfirst with a folding fan in hand.
Dalen descended silently, like a meteor hurtling toward the ground. The tip of the fan was a half-sheathed sword, and its edge glinted menacingly.
"You're courting death!" As Dalen plunged toward him, Fenley reacted swiftly and raised both palms above his head. A surge of grandmaster -level internal energy erupted from him, crashing out like a tidal wave.
A loud explosion rang out as Dalen's ambushing figure exploded and dissolved into a wisp of vapor.
Follow on mediaurdu.blogspot.com
"It's a clone?" Fenley paused, momentarily taken aback. The danger he sensed moments ago was unlike anything he had experienced. So, how could that have been a clone? A metallic sound rang out from behind him. Dalen had somehow flashed behind him, thrusting the sword- tipped fan straight at his back.
But the anticipated image of a heart- piercing strike didn't materialize. As the sword pierced Fenley's shirt and grazed his skin, it encountered an invisible shield of internal energy that deflected the blow.
Only a few knew that the Four Elements of God's Technique was more than an offensive technique. It also offered near -impenetrable defense.
When executed, it becvirtually impervious to blades and fire without leaving any weaknesses to be exploited. So, an ambush like that wouldn't inflict a scratch.
"Guess it wasn't going to be that easy after all," Dalen muttered.
As Fenley turned toward him, Dalen had already retreated and swiftly widened the gap between them. His Spectral Clone Technique had been executed flawlessly and managed to deceive Fenley. Unfortunately, his raw strength just wasn't enough.
The impenetrable defense of the Four Elements of God's Technique was simply too strong to break through. It was a wasted opportunity.
"He's not dead? Dalen is still alive?" "Not only is he alive, but he nearly wounded Fenley. This guy's no joke." "Such mastery of illusion and deception. The way he uses the Spectral Clone Technique is on another level." Everything had happened so fast. Dalen had fooled Fenley twice with his clones and even created a window for a sneak attack. Though he failed, his battle instincts and intelligence were undeniable.
"You... are impressive." Fenley glanced at his torn clothes before staring at Dalen with a hint of menace creeping into his expression.
He continued, "You were so close to injuring me, but that small difference in skill is an unbridgeable gap." Fenley had to admit that Dalen was formidable. Before his breakthrough, facing him would have been a challenge. But that was no longer the case.
No matter how skilled or agile Dalen was, he was just a grandmaster martial artist. Meanwhile, Fenley had already attained the level of ultimate grandmaster, and that distinction made all the difference.
With Fenley's current level of cultivation, as long as he executed the Four Elements of God's Technique, Dalen wouldn't be able to break through his defenses.
That was the gap between them. From the beginning of the fight, Fenley was already unbeatable.
"You seem much stronger than yesterday. Looks like you've broken through. You must've paid a steep price for it." Dalen's eyes gleamed as he noticed Fenley's presence was strikingly different from what it had been just a day before.
"Sharp observation. But you're mistaken about one thing. My breakthrough was effortless. It just happened a few days earlier than expected," Fenley replied coolly.
"Well, congratulations." Dalen smiled faintly. "But even if you have broken through to another level, winning the championship won't be easy."
Follow on mediaurdu.blogspot.com
"Whether I win or not isn't your concern. Since you know the m difference between us, it would be wise to admit defeat. It's better for both of us," Fenley urged. He rarely bothered talking with ordinary martial artists. Instead, he'd just crush them outright.
However, Dalen was different. His mastery of the Spectral Clone Technique meant defeating him would take more effort than Fenley wanted to spend.
With a tough match against Glenn coming up, he couldn't afford to waste energy on Dalen.
"Admitting defeat would be too humiliating," Dalen said, still smiling. I may not be able to defeat you, but I'd like to see just how deadly the Four Elements of God's Technique really is." 11 "You'd be risking your life if you want to see my killer move. The real question is-are you ready for the consequences? "Fenley asked coldly.
"I'd like to find out," Dalen grinned.
"Fine. Since you're so eager to die, I'll make it happen." Fenley's patience snapped, and his eyes turned icy.
They had no personal grudges, and he never intended to kill. But if Daten insisted on pushing his luck, Fenley wouldn't hesitate to show his ruthless side.
AN UNDERSTATED DOMINANCE (DUSTIN RHYS)
Chapter 2476
With his mind made up, Fenley no longer hesitated and began to build up his momentum. Soon, powerful internal energy surged from various vital points in his body.
In an instant, his hair stood on end, his robe billowed, and a brilliant light emanated from him. Behind him, the ethereal divine spirit sharpened into a more defined figure, and its features were striking and imposing.
Dalen's expression turned serious upon seeing that. He knew Fenley was preparing to execute his killer move. "Split!" Without hesitation, he formed a series of hand seals with both hands. His body trembled and split into three identical figures. The process repeated as it multiplied into 27 clones in the blink of an eye.
But creating those clones cat a cost. Dalen's breath grew noticeably heavier; he was at his limit. He would push his body beyond its breaking point if he continued to multiply.
"Just a flashy move." Fenley scoffed at the clones surrounding him. "Letshow you what real divine power looks like." He slowly raised his hands to his chest and thrust them forward. "Fury of Wind God!" As he unleashed his attack, the ethereal divine spirit mirrored his movements. In an instant, the sky darkened while thunder rumbled and winds howled.
Follow on mediaurdu.blogspot.com
Two massive palm shadows surged forward, carrying a storm of razor-sharp wind blades. The sheer volof blades was staggering, filling the air with a relentless assault.
At first glance, the Fury of Wind God focused on the palm shadows, with the wind blades as mere support. But the true deadly strike was concealed within the countless wind blades swirling in the sky.
"Scatter!" Dalen signaled for his 27 clones to scatter, and each darted in different directions to avoid the onslaught. He didn't intend to face Fenley's deadly strike head-on unless necessary.
Fenley's two palm shadows shattered nine of Dalen's clones, and the palm wind ripped even those that weren't directly hit. Though the remaining clones managed to avoid the palm shadows, they couldn't escape the wind blades.
The air filled with the sharp whistle of countless wind blades, each carrying terrifying lethal force. They continued tearing through Dalen's clones.
Dalen's 27 clones began to diminish at a visible rate. In just a few breaths, only a fraction remained.
But Fenley's wind blades showed no sign of slowing down. They blanketed the area and created an unending storm of destruction.
A chill ran down the spectators' spines. At that moment, they truly understood the terrifying might of the Four Elements of God's Technique.
Even in the first form of Fury of the Wind God could devastate everything on its path. Once executed, the area within a hundred yards beca death zone. Any living being caught inside would be torn apart by the wind blades.
This dazzling and formidable attack eclipsed everything they had witnessed in previous matches.
"Looks like the one ranked high on the Legendary List lives up to the hype." "Why do I feel like Fenley is much stronger today than yesterday?" "You're right. Yesterday, he used the Fury of Wind God from the Four Elements of God's Technique, but it wasn't nearly as terrifying as this. Do you think he was holding back?" Fenley's strength stirred murmurs among the spectators. Seven worried about Dalen's fate. With an opponent like Fenley, winning seemed unlikely, and Dalen's life was on the line.
After sacrificing 26 clones and successfully avoiding Fenley's attacks, Dalen stood behind him. It was the only spot where the wind blades couldn't reach him.
Follow on mediaurdu.blogspot.com
"Ha! Do you think you can escape death like this? Such a foolish delusion!" Fenley suddenly turned with both fists clenched as he aimed them at Dalen. " Fury of Fire God!" The ethereal divine spirit behind him mirrored his movement. Thunder cracked in the sky as two massive flaming fists shot toward Dalen.
The battle ring was charred wherever the flaming fists passed, and the air warped under the intense heat. The terrifying energy swept through the arena in an instant. With no clones to distract the attack, Dalen had nowhere to run from the flaming fists. Since evasion was out of the question, he could only face it head-on.
He quickly formed hand seals. A layer of silver light enveloped him like shimmering armor, adding a regal air to his striking features.
"Advance, Combatants, Engage, Entirety, Form, Lines, March Forward -Break it!" Upon Upon finishing his om incantation, he transformed into a streak of silver and charged straight at Fenley's flaming fists. The silver light collided with the red light in midair. After a brief moment of suspension, it exploded with a thunderous boom.
The ground shook violently. A wave of terrifying energy radiated from the impact point, sweeping outward like an unstoppable avalanche.
"Oh, no!" Oron's face paled. Without hesitation, he activated the protective barrier around the battle ring. If this energy escaped, the casualties could be catastrophic.

Chapter 2477
A burst of blue light exploded, creating a dof lightning that enveloped the battle ring. Waves of explosive energy hammered against the barrier like relentless tides. The shield trembled violently for several breaths before finally stabilizing.
The spectators below exhaled in relief, but their hearts were still racing. If it weren't for Oron's quick reaction, the leaked energy from that explosion could have put them all at risk.
After all, Fenley was an ultimate grandmaster. Even a casual strike from him could be lethal.
On the battle ring, everything changed after the dust settled.

Fenley stood tall and looked imposing. His robes billowed like the wings of an angel. The ethereal divine spirit behind him flickered to life, and its sharp gaze added an intimidating edge to his formidable stance.
In contrast, Dalen was thrown back ten yards after the collision. His handsface turned pale, blood trickling from the corner of his mouth, and his arms trembled uncontrollably.
"The gap is wider than I thought," he lamented silently.
He could feel that Fenley was significantly stronger today compared to his performance yesterday. Even before Fenley broke through to the next level, Dalen's chances of victory had been slim. Now, they were virtually nonexistent.
"You were able to withstand my Fury of Fire God. I must admit you're impressive." With a piercing gaze, Fenley continued, "In the past, it would have been tough forto beat you. But now, there's a clear gap in our levels. Any resistance on your part is pointless.
If Dalen were an ordinary grandmaster martial artist, the impact of the Fury of Fire God would have left him as nothing more than ashes. Yet he was still standing and had only sustained minor internal injuries. This was a testament to his exceptional skill.
Fenley respected skilled opponents. He chose not to finish him off and held back instead. If he had unleashed the Fury of Thunder God, Dalen would either be dead or left incapacitated.
"Thank you for showing mercy, Mr. Hudson. I accept my defeat.” Dalen straightened up and saluted with a fist. “I concede." Fenley sighed in relief upon hearing that. He hadn't gone all out but had been careful to hold back his strength.
The Four Elements of God's Technique was taxing to execute. While unleashing the Fury of Thunder God could take Dalen down, it would also drain his energy. He needed to conserve his strength for the upcoming matches, and Dalen's concession spared him that effort.
Dalen's loss didn't cas a surprise. From the moment they entered the ring, most of the spectators saw Fenley as the obvious favorite. The only question was how long Dalen could withstand Fenley's relentless attacks.
Follow on mediaurdu.blogspot.com
Surviving two of Fenley's finishing moves was a testament to Dalen's remarkable skill. If the fight had continued, it could have turned deadly.
It was just a match, and there was no reason to gamble with their lives. Fighting a losing battle wasn't courage but plain foolishness. Clearly, Dalen was anything but a fool.
"Contestant number eight, Dalen Shade, concedes. Congratulations to contestant number one, Fenley Hudson, for winning this round," Oron announced quickly.
Thunderous applause followed, especially from the Celestial Alliance disciples, who cheered joyously. Fenley's victory over Dalen meant he secured a spot in the semifinals, making it a cause for celebration.
"Mr. Marshall, your principal disciple is truly remarkable," Kaden remarked from the stands, smiling. "It's like he's been reborn overnight. His strength has skyrocketed, and this is genuinely impressive." Fenley's display of the Four Elements of God's Technique yesterday paled in comparison to today's performance. Even a casual observer could see the difference.
"Sage Foyer, you certainly have a keen eye," Alloy replied with a faint smile.
He continued proudly, "Fenley made a breakthrough just before the match. He's now an ultimate grandmaster and ready to stand on his own." "Oh? Really? Then, congratulations are in order," Kaden replied with a smile.
"While breaking through in the heat of battle can boost one's abilities, it also comes with risks. If he can't solidify his cultivation, he might end up going astray," Cyrus piped in.

Chapter 2478
Emeret stood in the battle ring with a sword in his hand. A faint smile crossed his face as he looked at Glenn. "I didn't expect us to face each other so soon. It seems we can't avoid this match." Glenn might have been the genius everyone raved about, but Emeret wasn't one to be underestimated. He had always kept a low profile, avoiding the spotlight and focusing on his training in silence.
Emeret didn't enter the Combat Tournament for recognition. Instead, he wanted to test his strength. He knew training in isolation wouldn't help him improve, so he needed to challenge the best to test his abilities.
"You can't defeat me. Just surrender," Glenn said coldly. He didn't want to go all out against someone from the sguild.
"How can you tell who's better without a fight?” Emeret continued to smile. " Glenn, I joined the Sword Union a few years before you. You might be the Chosen One, but don't underestimate me. Defeatingwon't be as easy as you think." "You're not on my level. Save your strength," Glenn said impassively.
With his keen eye, he could tell Emeret had reached the level of a developed grandmaster. It was enough for him to establish his own guild and dominate territory, but he still fell short of being Glenn's equal.
"Skill level isn't everything. As the Sword Union disciple, we often take down opponents who are stronger than us." Emeret exhibited a balanced mindset that was neither boastful nor impatient.

Glenn raised an eyebrow, and his expression turned icy. "What? Are you really comparingto those losers?" "Of course not." Emeret smiled and shook his head. "You're the number one expert on the Legendary List, and I respect that. Just remember, there's always someone stronger. Never underestimate your opponent." "When my sword is drawn, it won't stop until it draws blood. Once we begin, I won't hold back, so think carefully," Glenn warned.
He would skip the small talk and go straight for the kill if it were anyone else. But Emeret was his senior, so he exercised a bit of restraint.
"Now that I'm here, I'm ready. Draw your sword, and let's see whose skills shine more." Emeret slowly unsheathed his sword.
The sword glimmered like polished silver. Its edge was razor-sharp and gleamed in the sunlight. It was clear this was no ordinary weapon.
"Fine. I won't hold back." Glenn skipped the small talk and struck first.
He pointed his finger and released a deadly beam of sword aura toward Emeret's chest. The attack was lightning-fast and was nearly impossible to evade.
Previously, a grandmaster master artist had fallen to the sdeadly attack from Glenn.
"Sword finger?" Emeret raised an eyebrow. Instinct kicked in, and he swung his sword down in a vertical strike. His sword cleaved through the sword aura and shattered it into fragments with a thunderous crash.
Glenn's attack had been quick, but Emeret reacted even quicker. This exchange was just a test, and neither had gained the upper hand.
"Hmph!" Glenn wasn't backing down. He raised his right hand and flicked his fingers three times.
Three beams of sword aura shot through the air. Each carried immense force that aimed straight at Emeret's head and body. These strikes were faster and much more powerful than before.
Emeret stayed calm. His silver sword moved in a blur as he unleashed a dazzling silver light.
Three explosive impacts rang out, and he shattered all three sword auras. His movements were precise, decisive, and fluid. It was impressive to achieve this skill level against Glenn's fierce onslaught.
Emeret grinned. "Showwhat you've really got, Glenn. These attacks won't- But before he could finish, Glenn raised his hand and swung it through the air.

Accompanied by a loud explosion, a giant golden sword materialized in the sky. It was about 33 feet long and 10 feet wide, looming overhead like a terrifying mountain.
The battle ring trembled as it ccrashing down from the sky, and a destructive force swept through the venue.
The spectators struggled to breathe. It felt like a great weight was pressing on their chests.
"What an incredible force! That sword aura is terrifying!"
They stared in shock as the giant sword descended. With Glenn's wristelik of a force that was nothing short of terrifying. "Hmm?" Emeret felt a shiver run down his spine as he stood in the battle ring. The smile vanished from his face and was replaced by a serious look.
The giant sword above him descended slowly, but it had already locked onto him, and escape was impossible. No matter how he dodged, that strike was destined for his head. He had only one option, which was to confront it head-on and disrupt its momentum before it landed.
"Phoenix Summoning!" Emeret gritted his teeth and unleashed his ultimate move without hesitation.
He whirled around and created a powerful gust of wind that howled as it it swirled around him. In an instant, a translucent phoenix phantom appeared in the air.

Chapter 2479
Though Dalen had been defeated, his fanbase didn't seem to care. His female supporters were still going wild, chanting his name. It was a scene unlike anything the other contestants had experienced.
Being good-looking definitely had its perks.
"Mr. Shade, are you alright?" Ruby asked with genuine concern as Dalen returned to his seat.
"It's just a minor injury. Nothing serious." He shook his head with a smile, though a hint of melancholy and regret lingered in his eyes.
Dalen had entered the tournament to make a nfor himself and prove he was as good as anyone. Finishing in the top eight was respectable, but he had aimed for more.

Unfortunately, his strength had fallen short, and he stumbled at the threshold of the final four. Still, losing to Fenley was something he accepted wholeheartedly.
"You've done well, Mr. Shade. Many disciples from the major guilds are nowhere near your level. Don't be too hard on yourself," Crystal comforted him.
"Yeah. You're way better than me. I didn't even make it to the top sixteen. Just look at you. You're famous and have a ton of supporters. You're impressive," Miles chimed in.
In this tournament, not only had he failed to achieve a good ranking, but he was also gravely injured. Half of his body was wrapped in bandages.
By comparison, Dalen had already made a nfor himself in the martial world. On the other side, Aurora beamed at Fenley. "You were amazing! You won that match without breaking a sweat." "My opponent was strong, but I had the advantage in cultivation level. If we'd been on equal ground, it would have been a tough fight." He didn't let his success go to his head. His earlier opponents were nothing more than warm-ups, but today's match had truly tested him.
"Either way, you won and made it to the semifinals. Just two more victories and the championship is yours." Aurora had unwavering confidence in him.
"The path to the championship won't be easy," Fenley said. His gaze drifted toward Glenn, who sat calmly with his eyes closed in meditation.
Glenn was his biggest challenge. Defeating him was the only path to claim the championship. The rest of Fenley's wins wouldn't mean a thing without that victory.
After the first match ended, there was a break. With plenty of ttoday, things moved at a steady pace. The crowd stayed engaged with performances between matches, giving the contestants tto prepare for the next round. Once the music and dance performance ended, the second match was ready to start.
Oron stepped onto the battle ring and scanned the matchup list before announcing, "The second match is between contestant number two, Glenn Hadley, and contestant number seven, Emeret Dwight." As soon as the match was announced, murmurs swept through the crowd. Glenn and Emeret were Sword Union disciples, so this was an internal showdown.
"Oh dear, Mr. Hadley. Looks like your guild isn't having the best luck. Your disciples are set to face each other. What a tragedy!" Alloy said sarcastically, shaking his head. After being humiliated by Cyrus earlier, he saw his chance for revenge.
At this point, even disciples from the sguild couldn't afford to hold back. The chance for glory was right in front of them, so who would let that slip away? If they clashed, there would be bloodshed. Alloy could only sit back and watch the unfold.

"Hmph! Luck may not be on our side, but at least we've got the skill to back it up, unlike your guild. Even if one of us gets knocked out, we can still take the championship. As for you, making it to the finals is far from guaranteed," Cyrus retorted sharply.
He had been sure of their chances, with two Sword Union disciples making it to the top eight. Both seemed to have had the opportunity to reach the semifinals, but that certainty was fading fast with them facing off in the second round.
"Ha! Instead of worrying about my disciples reaching the finals, maybe you should be concerned about your two prized disciples tearing each other apart," Alloy smirked. "They're both geniuses. Losing one would be a real shame!"
"Life and death are out of our control, and luck plays its part. Once they they enter that ring, they must be ready for anything. If they aren't strong enough, they get what's coming," Cyrus said coldly. "Wow! You're heartless." Alloy shook his head.
"Gentlemen, the contestants are already in the ring. Let's just watch the match," Penelope interrupted.
Cyrus and Alloy exchanged glares before turning their attention to the battle ring.
Glenn was the first to enter the ring, and his sword case was strapped to his back. With a cold expression, he stood like a drawn blade, radiating sharp intensity.
In contrast, Emeret had a much I softer presence. A natural smilem graced his face, reminiscent of a spring breeze. If Glenn was the biting chill of deep winter, Emeret was the sun's warmth breaking through the cold.
AN UNDERSTATED DOMINANCE (DUSTIN RHYS)
Chapter 2480
The phoenix phantom blazed in brilliant red, which radiated like the sun. Its wings appeared almost lifelike and glowed with an otherworldly light.
Then, it emitted a piercing cry as it confronted the descending golden giant sword. With a fierce flap of its wings, it shot upward and collided head -on with the sword.
Under the watchful eyes of the spectators, the red light met the golden light in a spectacular clash.
With a loud boom, the ground trembled, and the battle ring quaked beneath them. When the lights collided, an explosive wave of energy surged outward like a tidal wave and crashed against the protective barrier encircling the ring.
The barrier's blue light flared as it trembled violently and sent out ripples in every direction. It looked like it might shatter at any moment.

Upon seeing that, Oron quickly rushed toward the formation's core. He immediately channeled his energy to stabilize the protective barrier. He knew it wouldn't last long if Glenn and Emeret continued to fight like that. "What terrifying power! Is this what top -tier experts are capable of? Incredible! "I knew Glenn was strong, but who would have guessed this unknown Emeret could display such ferocity? It's shocking!" "That's for sure. Every Sword Union disciple is in a league of their own." The intense clash in the battle ring sparked a wave of chatter among the spectators.
Whether it was Glenn's giant golden sword or Emeret's phoenix phantom, both had reached a level that left the crowd in awe. Without the barrier formation's protection, the spectators knew they would be overwhelmed by the shockwaves.
When the dust settled, the scene on the ring had changed.
Glenn stood firm with a cold expression. His clothes were still pristine despite the chaos around him. In contrast, Emeret looked strained, sweat beading on his temple, and the hand gripping his sword shook uncontrollably. Beneath him, a shallow crater about ten feet wide had formed. Cracks spread outward like spiderwebs which reached six feet past the edge.
Emeret's breathing grew heavy as he struggled against the rebound force pulsing through his arm. His Phoenix Summoning had shattered Glenn's descending sword, but he didn't gain any advantage.
In fact, he sensed he was losing ground. The power behind that sword surpassed anything he had expected. At the moment of impact, it felt like he was trying to stop a mountain with his body.
What unsettled him even more was that this was merely a casual strike from Glenn, who hadn't even tapped into his full strength.
Emeret had to admit that Glenn was far stronger than he had anticipated. This wasn't just a matter of swordsmanship skill but a difference in level and raw power.
"Do you still want to fight?" Glenn asked coldly.
That last strike had been a warning. Anyone smart enough would recognize the difference in their strength.
"Giving up isn't in my nature. Besides, my sword wouldn't allow it." Emeret glanced at his silver blade, then back at Glenn. "I know I'm not your equal, but I've got to give it my everything. At the very least, I want to see you draw your sword." He was right. Throughout the encounter, Glenn hadn't even unsheathed his sword. Instead, he used only his hands to attack.
Emeret knew Glenn didn't see him as a worthy opponent. Otherwise, Glenn wouldn't have taken him so lightly. Emeret didn't care about defeating Glenn. His goal was to force Glenn to use his raw strength. He wasn't afraid of losing. Instead, he needed to know where he fell short and understand the extent of their difference in strength.

"If I draw my sword, you'll probably die," Glenn said flatly.
"What is life without meaning and death without fear? I've devoted my life to mastering the sword. Even if I die here, I have no regrets. Go ahead and draw your sword." Emeret slowly raised his silver sword. The tip pointed straight at Glenn, which conveyed a subtle challenge in his stance.
"Fine. I'll grant your wish!" Without unnecessary movement, Glenn lightly tapped his sword case.
A golden sword shot into the air with a sharp hiss like a dragon breaking free. He raised his fingers and brought them down sharply.
The sword spun midair before diving toward Emeret like a falling star, "m moving with blistering speed. The blinding light resembled a scorching sun, making it impossible for anyone to look directly at it.. Before the sword struck, the air crackled with thunder, and the entire battle ring trembled.
Emeret felt as if a mountain were pressing down on his shoulders. The his immense pressure made it difficult for him to breathe, while his limbs began to shake uncontrollably.
At that instant, he truly grasped Glenn's terrifying strength and his near-invincible sword momentum, which left no room for resistance. 1 It was as if this strike could bring about the end of the world. The power was incomprehensible, and it was giving pure terror.
